WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2008

I am actually caught up on my December Daily album.
I have today's done, too... but I haven't taken pictures
of the pages.
I'll share them tomorrow.
~~~~~~~~
DAY #16
Gabby-the-cat has had soooooo much fun playing
with my stash of ribbon.
This ribbon seems to be her favorite as she has dragged
it all over the house.
She sits quietly and then... pounces on it!
I had to document 'the box of Clementines'
that Boyd just found at the store.
They arrive in Wisconsin every year about this
time and we always have a small crate of them
as long as they last in the stores.
Part of our December traditions!
DAY #15
I wanted to record the Christmas card I made this year.
An easy page as I just glued one on my cute little
Scandinavian reindeer paper and added a touch
of BLING with a "ho ho".
The 3rd "ho" is on the opposite page.
I wanted to remember the cute Scandinavian tomten
that I bought this year to add to our Christmas decor.
So... here they stand so proudly like soldiers... festive in
all their glory.
I promised more Eloise books...
here are two of them.
~~~~
"Eloise at Christmastime"

"Eloise in Paris"
I also have "Eloise takes a Bawth"
and
"Eloise in Moscow "

~~~~~~
If you were to buy one, or put one on your
Santa list...
make sure that it is by Kay Thompson.
There are others out there that are cute...
but written for children.
~~~~~~~
I'm working hard on a special gift for each of my daughters.
I'll share with you after Christmas!
~~~~~~~
Thought for the day...
“Just tell yourself, Duckie,
you're really quite lucky!”
-Dr. Seuss
XOXO
Joni
Great pics Joni! You're lucky Gabby Cat doesn't eat all that ribbon. If Scruff saw that, it would be in his tummy in no time and then off to the vet for surgery for him. I'm going to forgo curling ribbon this year, just to keep him in check!
