AT THE FIRST SIGN OF FALL...

At the first sign of Fall...
and after a few cheers...
I put the Fall wreath on the front door...
Put mums on the front porch...

Hunted for cornstalks to lean in the corner of the house...
(I was amazed at the purples and other colors in the stalks.
I never noticed until I was playing with my camera)

Checked out what Fall-like things are going on in our little town...

Bought pumpkins to put around the base of the cornstalks.

And inside the house...

Put small pumpkins and pumpkin lotion in the guest bath...
(also Pumpkin Shampoo... mmmmmm!)

Decorated the guest bath shelves with fall decor...

Change the bathroom colors to blue and lime green with
touches of orange.
I was excited to find this almost-lime pumpkin at a local store.

A new addition to my Fall decor...
a trick-or-treater in a Pea costume and...

A trick-or-treater dressed like Red Riding Hood.
I love that her doll is a little wolf!!
I can see the beginning of a collection of these characters.
They have such personality.

A favorite metal pumpkin is added to one of the bookshelves.

Wendy sent me this little Halloween tree.
It lights up at night.

Fall flowers and a pumpkin on the fireplace ledge.

And much more!
This is just a peek.
~~~
I found 2 metal trees with twisted branches to
hang the ghosties from last week's post.
(TJ Maxx and JoAnn Fabrics)
See you next week...
Make this week a good one!!
Love to you,
Joni
i love shopping at the pig, so much cheaper than shopping at jewel or dominics - ha! ha!...at least for chicken and beef!
I love your decorations, my dear. I bought a little scarecrow today -- he's already sitting on a basket. Other than that, there's not been much time for decorating!
