Otter's Album

Otter's album is growing... finally! I seem to have my old love back for scrapbooking. I haven't had any interest in it since Boyd died. All of a sudden it returned and I could 'scrap' 24/7. However, my yard is loaded with newly planted perennials and they require a lot of watering to get those roots to head downward and get established. And my 3 huge maple trees have been dropping their seedlings all over the ground. I'm raking and sweeping constantly but I can't keep up with them. I'll be pulling tiny maple trees out of the flower beds all summer.

The credits for any of the materials used on the layouts can be located by clicking 'Designer Digitals' on the right side bar.
Make your day a great one!
Joni

Your photos are so lovely--I'm glad to hear you're scrapping again. Such nice shots deserve lovely pages as a background!
It will be fun to watch your new garden unfold.

I can understand your lack of interest in any number of areas as losing Boyd was a major crack in your very foundation. However, I am glad to hear you're getting your scrapping mojo back. The adorable Otter and your beautiful garden make for wonderfully inspirational subjects.

Great pages; I especially like the first one. Glad to hear your scrapping mojo is back. I totally relate to the maple trees. It's a never-ending battle here too!

I found your blog thru Ali Edward's this morning. I just love love your blog. You have amazing pictures and layouts, so beautiful. That Otter is so cute and takes great photos for a dog. I scrolled thru most of this year on your blog and see a lot of talent from you.

I'm so very sorry to hear about your husband and your kitty. I know we don't know each other but want to express my thoughts to you. You said in your comments that you need new ideas to scrapbook, so glad your keeping that up because your layouts are so good they should be in magazines. Have you thought of doing one about your husband maybe you haven't done a wedding album yet or an album just about the two of you. How about vacations you took, have you worked on albums for your daughters, grandkids? friends. It seems you have a lot of great photos to scrap. Maybe your childhood photos still not scrapped. Hope this gives you a few ideas. Feel free to visit my blog if you'd like: http://everydaymemorieswithprojectlife.blogspot.com

It's where a keep my potd thru Becky' Higgins Project Life album that I'm doing for this year.
Thanks for a nice visit. Enjoy your day.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog. You really have done alot of scrapping. Wish I was that caught up. Sorry I couldn't help with an idea, I hope you just keep up on your daily stuff of what's happening. That Otter is going to be a good friend for you to keep taking pictures of. Is there another hobby of some kind you'd be interested in or what about a club of some kind to join. I know of some people after losing a loved one finally just went out and joined a club and one went back to school just for some fun classes. It's always good to keep busy. The warm summer weather will be nice for walks and enjoying the sun. I'll come by to see what's new and feel free to visit me again. I am trying to upload my pictures from my "week in the life" I just did with Ali. This was my first time and I love love it. She is the best isn't she. Always has so many ideas, love her style.
