The little candles are in glass rabbit candle holders. They didn't show up in the photo but, oh so cute and perfect with the runner.Nicolette also sent a copy of Marie Claire Idees. I love, love, love this magazine as it is so overflowing with inspiration. I used to have a subscription to it thru Amazon.com. But it ran out and I failed to renew it. I need to order it again now that I am reminded how much I enjoy it. Thanks again, Nicolette!!
And what would my blog be without a current photo of the man in my life... Otter!! Such a loving guy!! He gets his first grooming on Thursday so he'll smell sweet when he meets Kristin for the first time.
I love my new vegetarian lifestyle and the exercise I'm getting with the frequent dog-walking. Otter could walk for ever! And listen to this... 14... yes, fourteen pounds have disappeared with these life changes. And it's been effortless with the yummy good food I'm eating. More about that another day.
Make this a great day regardless of the obstacles you face! Treasure each moment!!
Hugs to you all!
Joni

Beautiful table & I'm glad Kristen is coming for the Easter weekend. How nice! We're just finishing up 10 days in California. We spent a week with Sarah and Adam, and are now in Davis with Matt looking at UC Davis as a potential grad school. Today he has a visit at a large plant breeding facility in Woodland. Tomorrow we fly home. It's been so nice to have my family all together again.
You are such an inspiration!! I look forward to your uplifting comments on each of your posts. My husband passed away 3 years ago, and it's such a struggle for me. Just wish I could have your great attitude. thanks again
Wow -- isn't Nicolette a sweetheart! That runner is just perfect and it looks so cute with your bunnies. Otter is adorable too -- he looks very, very happy to be the man in your house!!!
Congratulations on the 14 pounds you've lost, that's wonderful progress.
Nicolette is such a sweetheart and the table runner she made for you is gorgeous. I always admire her work and it's so fun seeing an example of her skills on your table.

You‘re an amazing lady Joni! I hope you and Kristin will have a wonderful Easter weekend!
Otter is such a cutie and drum roll please for the weight loss!!!
What a fun "care package." That table runner is so spring-y! Congratulations on your 14 lbs. So nice that it's not a battle.
You mean I have to get a dog to lose 14 pounds? I really don't think the cats would like it. And I'm already a vegetarian.
Well done you, and Otter looks a sweetie. Glad he's there to love you.
You have got some good things happening at the moment. As for that cute beagle boy - how beautiful he is. Chloe still wants to know if he has a girlfriend...
